At Ten Square Metres — The Large-Format Canvas Works

There are twelve large-format canvas works in the practice. They have not been widely shown. This is the moment to make them visible.

What They Are
Each canvas is approximately ten square metres — editions of five. At this scale, letterforms operate differently. Individual characters are large enough to read as abstract sculptural form before they resolve into language. The experience is closer to inhabiting an environment than viewing an artwork.
On Scale as Medium
Scale is not merely amplification. It changes the phenomenology of encounter. The canvas works are conceived for the scale they exist at, not prints made larger.
Availability
These are the most significant works in the practice in terms of scale and ambition. Available in editions of five. Particularly interested in institutional and gallery enquiries.
