Allomorphs are interlocking 3D-printed sculptures in which letterforms drawn from multiple scripts are fused into a single dense knot. Each glyph hooks, braces, and locks against the others in monochrome black and white. None can be removed without collapse. The series takes its name from the linguistic term for variant forms of a single unit: many ways to write one thing, meaning held in the tension where forms meet.
